If you automatically qualify, you won't need an assessment and we can assist you with your application or direct you to your local Government self application page.
If you don't automatically qualify, our HCPC registered Occupational Therapist can assess you in your own home and provide you with all the evidence you need for a successful application within 48 hours of the visit. We can also complete the application on your behalf as part of this service.
